My therapy comes from purging whatever demons I have on my utterly genius friends.
It's beautiful the way we can quiet our thoughts and trick our minds with will power.
-I will leave you all with this one update...What goes on in my head will be unleashed. I'll just stay on top of my thoughts and in few weeks just let them free. That's what it will take, i'm convinced. Then we will get a taste of something not thought possible by many.
we're all machines.

I haven't updated in a long time once again...it just makes things more exciting when you finally get around to it.
-We are completely done w/the mad dog songs and I think they sound pretty tight, hopefully other people feel the same way
Pretty much every weekend here is a total blur
I can't wait to be home jamming w/the dudes and hanging w/everyone, we went home on sunday to scope the Copeland show and I came to the conclusion that this holiday season is going to be epic. I love this time of year
So for real=
the Bears make me nervous at times but are kicking ass.

dude it's fucking 3:43:52 and i'm wired as balls
this entire weekend we recorded some songs w/mad dog mcclusky.

Other than having to get on the road w/teddy and bry in like forty five minutes i pretty much have nothing going on.
I'm listening to the song "Dorina" by Dada--(an incredibly sweet 90s act that never really got the beast of the east as far as notoriety, but they rock.....cuz whoever produced the All American Rejects cd "Move Along" must have been a big fan) ( See me if you'd like to know why) (or just listen to they're song entitled "Posters")

I need to relax, i'm gettin way ahead of myself lately. I need to just grab life by the balls and roll w/the punches.
-we've been demoing new stuff into the late Friday nights/saturday mornings/sundayafternoons.
It's sounding pretty cool.
So it's takin me almost 20 years of my life to realize that there is this strange concept called positivity.
When one stays positive, it makes one feel better, and it makes people around one feel better.
_What i'm trying to say is i'm doing my best to become less negative.

Good lord...I feell like I have nine full time jobs right now
We finished mad dog demo #2 and we have a ton of shows coming up.
Anyone in the area should come to them and we'll all hang out.
More Importantly, we were picked for the Chicago Bamboozle Left Break stop at the Beat Kitchen on Sunday October 1st. We really need a lot of people to come and rep cuz we could get a sweet trip to play w/some sweet bands in California if we rock it hard enough.

we rocked the shit out of the first round at the battle of the bands and beat the jam band Mosaic. We automatically win 250. When u come back Sunday we'll play for the 500 dollar prize. It was so sick...but get this... one of the dudes running it was the father of the lead singer of From Zero. Haha needless to say we had many a chat about uptown robsauce.

So the last time i posted was april sixth.
What's happening? I'll tell you...the Cubs are playing like 9 handicapped penguins. The Sox however still suck. (u gotta respect their ability to play ball though...even though they suck.) When I last posted the Cubbies still had Lee and their dignity.
Anyway, Coventry is still way cooler than you. Apparently people think we're drunk for every show which isn't true, we're drunk everyday. (jk to all of that, lol i'm so hardcore)
_it's summer-_ so that's a plus. I drink blood so that's also a plus.
Try me. A headlight out proves that there is something still out there in all this darkness. It doesn't mean we should turn back now...

It's insane how much the weather can screw w/your emotions.
-It is currently like 40 degrees and rainy but hey, that's the midwestern spring and I guess I can't complain. Soon it'll be warm, sunny, and saucy...And I will be much happier.
-(Sidenote) I don't think in my life i've ever had more to look forward to then I currently do now. These next few months and this summer will definitely go down in history.
